An Overview of Our Employee Health Program
We are pleased to introduce you to Neshoba General's employee health program, Neshoba Occupational Wellness Program. The program integrates injury prevention, injury intervention, service coordination, and wellness programs. Your company's specific employee health program is designed to reduce your total medical costs and valuable lost workdays. There is no cost to enroll in this program.

Free Needs Analysis of Worksite: Review of your worksite to familiarize our staff and affiliated physicians with policies, procedures, and the working environment unique to your company.
Loss Prevention Program: Neshoba Occupational Wellness Program can implement company-specific strategies that will assist you in detecting "at risk" employees who have significant pre-existing impairments, and preventing injuries in the workplace by appropriately matching an employee's abilities to his/her job responsibilities.
Return-to-Work Program: Neshoba Occupational Wellness Program Service Coordination can provide all parties with the information needed to accelerate the return-to-work process. Neshoba Occupational Wellness Program can also assist in eliminating fraud and abuse through the use of a consistency "check" post-injury documentation system.
Physician/Provider Panel: Our physician/provider panel allows for better access to health care providers who treat workers' compensation injuries and are aware of each company's specific requirements, protocols, and working conditions.
Comprehensive Medical Services and Quick Treatment: Neshoba Occupational Wellness Program works with you, the employer, in designing and providing company-specific prevention screening/exams, drug screening, physicals, and injury treatment in a cost-effective and timely manner.
Ongoing Communication: All medical services, health screenings, drug screenings and educational services can be scheduled through the Neshoba Occupational Wellness Program centralized number at (601) 781-2400. In addition, within 24 hours or less, you will be advised of the status of an injured employee through verbal and written reports. Monthly reports are provided to summarize injuries, visits, and outcomes.
Wellness/Health Promotion: You will have access to ongoing wellness/health promotion services and screenings. Many of the educational programs, screenings, and training can be scheduled to take place at your work site.
Outcome-Driven: Our Occupational Wellness Manager (OWM) will be your liaison to Neshoba Occupational Wellness Program and its affiliated physician/provider panel. The OWM will be responsible for demonstrating and explaining your company's outcomes on a quarterly basis.
